Preparing for your visit

  • Bookings: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Arrival: To receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you to settle in, enjoy a refreshment, and begin your relaxation journey.

Salon etiquette

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of our sanctuary, we kindly ask that you:

  • Turn all mobile phones to silent or off upon entry.

  • Maintain a soft, lowered voice within the salon.

  • Respect the privacy and comfort of all other clients.

Our cancellation policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as appointments are reserved specifically for you, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. This applies to all appointments, including those secured with gift vouchers.

  • No-Shows: Appointments that are not attended without prior notification will be charged the full treatment price.

  • Note: You may manage your online bookings directly through our website at your convenience, provided it is within the 24-hour notice period.
