Preparing for your visit
Bookings: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Arrival: To receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you to settle in, enjoy a refreshment, and begin your relaxation journey.
Salon etiquette
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of our sanctuary, we kindly ask that you:
Turn all mobile phones to silent or off upon entry.
Maintain a soft, lowered voice within the salon.
Respect the privacy and comfort of all other clients.
Our cancellation policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as appointments are reserved specifically for you, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. This applies to all appointments, including those secured with gift vouchers.
No-Shows: Appointments that are not attended without prior notification will be charged the full treatment price.
Note: You may manage your online bookings directly through our website at your convenience, provided it is within the 24-hour notice period.
